Acceptance to Quote

A quotation will be given to you for the services you require. This quote will be valid for 14 days from date of issue.

A quotation will be deemed accepted through receipt of a deposit payment.

Your Appointment

Once a quote has been accepted, we will discuss and agree the date for your appointment.

An appointment will be confirmed via text.

Cancelling your Appointment

There is a 48 hour minimum notice period if you need to cancel an appointment. In this event we will return your deposit payment to you.

Where less than 48 hours notice is provided, no entitlement to a refund will exist.

Amending your Appointment

There is a 24 hour minimum notice period if you need to amend your appointment. In this event, please phone the office on 01184 115 007.

Where less than 24 hours notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will need to be paid to secure a revised booking.

Your Property

You are required to ensure we can suitably access the carpets needing cleaning. Personal property will not be tidied or moved.

You also need to supply us with electricity and water supply so we can carry out the work required.

Your appointment may become forefeit if;

a) we are unable to access the carpets, or
b) reach suitable electric and water supplies.


In which case you will be liable for the full cost of the appointment. Payment will become due before we leave.

Invoicing for Services

Payment will be by card or online transfer.
There will be a deposit invoice generated upon acceptance of a quotation.
Final balance payment will become due on completion of the job.

Paying for Services

Payments will become due upon receipt of any invoice.
Deposit payments due before an appointment is booked
Balance payments due upon completion of the work.
