Hot Water Extraction

The deepest clean your carpet can receive

What Is extraction cleaning?

Extraction cleaning is the method used to remove dirt from carpets through extraction. It operates similarly to a large vacuum cleaner.

Long hoses connect the extraction machine to a wand tool. Inside the machine are multiple high-performance vacuums that are designed to pull the carpet soiling and transport it away. The contaminants are then contained within the machine for proper disposal later.

How is it cleaned?

The soiling in carpets is treated in advance, typically with an alkaline agent that will absorb into the fibres of the carpet, and depending on the type of pre-spray used will produce either an encapsulation or capillary wicking action to any soiling deep into the fibres.

An alkaline neutralising shampoo rinse is then applied deep into the carpet, which will neutralise the pre-spray agent and rinse your carpets through.

All the soiled water is then extracted out of the carpets leaving your carpets clean and vibrant.
