How do I get a price?

Depending where you are, we can come to visit your property for an initial inspection. A quote could be provided after. Alternatively, we can give you an estimate after a phone or email conversation.
You’ll just need to tell us the approximate room sizes and send us a picture or two of the carpets. If there is particular staining or problem area, try to include pictures of these too. Please email pictures over or send to WhatsApp on 07584 665 037
We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
What preparation is required?
We are at your property to carry out a professional carpet clean, not to tidy. It’s requested you ensure the carpets are clear of toys, floor standing objects, plants etc. It would also be worthwhile if you could give your skirting boards a dust to prevent loose soiling falling onto your carpets after a professional clean.
Carpet cleaning is carried out around fixed, fitted and large furniture. If you wish cleaning to be cleaning to be carried out underneath furniture, you will need to clear the area ready for cleaning.
You will also need to supply us with water and electricity to complete your clean
How long will my carpet clean take?
There is an amount of setting up and taking down to do with any carpet clean. Machines which will heat water up to required temperatures. The set up and take down alone can take 1-2 hours.
As we approach each room we go through a repeated process: Vacuum > Pre-Spray > Cleaning.
Please expect a typical appointment to be around 4-6 hours depending on rooms and sizes.
When can I use the room again?
Drying times will very much depend on many factors. from airflow, thickness of the carpet pile, and the cleaning process used.
Our patented Texatherm process can have carpets ready to use again in just 30 minutes. For extraction cleans you can expect dry times of 4-6 hours.
Furniture can be replaced when carpets are touch dry. Until then we will leave furniture on foam supports. (which can be disposed of after use)
